The items in this folder are used by the AI. Every new article that is not in a subdirectory will be automatically considered for every answer. Please do not change the structure! The items in the Shops subfolder must correspond exactly to the name of the product (webshop name) in Freshdesk. Articles in the "Stores"-Subfolder are given to the AI depending on the product (webshop name).
